7. Post sale

Once a sales pipeline is constructed, and everyone knows the part they must play within it, it’s tempting to think that it can be left to its own devices and perpetual success will result. Not so.

To keep a sales pipeline functioning to its full potential, it’s important to monitor it. Only by taking steps to manage it properly can you be sure that the pipeline won’t let leads fall through any cracks.
